HOUSING REHABILITATION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DIVISION
Scope: The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit quotes from qualified contractors to furnish, unless otherwise provided, all implements, machinery, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supplies, labor and all other necessary items for repair of stated locations in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Quote.   Bidders are advised that this Quick Quote will open on April 1, 2024 @ 2:00 PM. All work MUST be completed by April 20, 2024.
The City will NOT HOLD a Pre-Bid Conference. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Bidders are advised to closely examine the solicitation package.
It is highly recommended that Bidder visit sites to provide physical inspection and quote price.
Questions and Answers:  The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope (formerly BidSync) by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via Periscope.
The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
