Rocky View School Division - Request for Proposal - Electrical Services

RVS is requesting proposals from qualified companies licensed to carry out work in the Province of Alberta; to enter into an Agreement to provide electrical services at various schools throughout the school division. The agreement resulting from this request for proposal will be for a period of three years with an option to renew for an additional three years (3+3), exercising the option years is at the sole discretion of RVS. The award decision will be based on the proposal that provides the best value for RVS. The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted. Compliant or deemed compliant Proposals will be evaluated and may be short listed. Those that make the short list may be contacted by phone for clarification or interviews. Those not successful will be notified.
