Rocky View School Division - Request for Proposal - Hazardous Waste Removal Services

RVS is requesting proposals from qualified companies licensed to carry out work in the Province of Alberta; to enter into a multi-year Agreement for hazardous waste removal services. The agreement resulting from this request for proposal will be for a period of three years with an option to renew for an additional three years (3+3), exercising the option years is at the sole discretion of RVS. The award decision will be based on the proposal that provides the best value for RVS. The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted.
Important Information for Vendors Submitting Proposals. In order to submit Proposals to Rocky View Schools, Vendors must first Register their companies in the RVS Vendor Management System at https://lf-forms-1.rockyview.ab.ca/Forms/Vendors and upload required compliance documents based on their Vendor Class. Both registering and uploading compliance documents require RVS vetting and approval prior to Vendors being given the opportunity to submit their Proposals. Therefore, it is required that if you have not previously registered and uploaded compliance documents, Vendors must do so in advance of uploading Proposal documents into the system. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will not be considered.
