The RONALD BROWN is 274 feet long overall, and its home port is Charleston, SC. Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform the following (including, but not limited to): BASE ITEMS: General Requirements; Misc. Steel Repairs; Engine Overhaul; Misc. Valves and Piping Repairs; Misc. Electrical Repairs; Misc.
