The Contractor shall include services of preparation of: Roof Investigation Report Preparing the construction documents for bidding Construction Phase services
The proposed agreement will be effective for a period of Four (4) years. The firm will be required to perform any and all of the above referenced services for various DGS roofing projects during the agreement period as requested. The selected firm(s) will provide the required services to the DGS under standard contract agreements with the Scope of Services modified for each specific project. The Scope of Work for each specific project will be determined by DGS Procedure Manual.
