Roof Maintenance

Alameda Municipal Power is soliciting bids under solicitation CPS 08-26-03 for a roof maintenance project at the Jenny Substation located at 2179 Clement Ave, Alameda. The project requires a qualified vendor to apply a fluid-based roofing membrane system designed to extend the longevity of the roof. Bids are due by October 2, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
