Mandatory site visit:
***The mandatory site visit scheduled on September 9th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. has been rescheduled on September 11th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. ***
Interested bidders must attend to one of the mandatory site visits held on September 10th and 11th, 2025 at 10:00 am EDT. Meet Allan MacKenzie at 675 Levy Private, Building U-70, Ottawa, Ontario.
Security requirement during site visit:
There is a fall arrest system in place to climb the roof access ladder at U-70 and anyone wishing to go onto the roof to review must bring their own fall arrest harness with a front “D” ring.
***Certification requirement to access the mandatory site visit***:
For accessing the mandatory site visit, aside from the requirement of the D ring harness, anyone accessing the U-70 will need to show certification for “Working at Heights” as they will have to don a harness and connect to a fall arrest system.
