You are invited to submit a sealed bid for the following: Furnish all labor, materials, and related services required for the Roofing Replacement Project at Orange Hunt Elementary School in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Bid documents will be available for download from the Bonfire website one week prior to the mandatory pre-bid meeting and will also be available for pickup at the meeting. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held August 18, 2026*, at 10:00 a.m. at Orange Hunt Elementary School, 6820 Sydenstricker Rd, Springfield, VA 22152. Contractors shall meet in the Lobby of the buildings front entrance to sign the meeting roster. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 10:05 A.M. Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to submit a Bid. A Bid submitted by a Bidder who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible for award. Only prequalified Bidders may attend.
