Amendment 0001- This amendment is issued to provide FEMA�s responses to vendor submitted questions. see attached document labeled Questions and Answers 9-29-25 for details. No further requests for site visits and questions will be accepted as of the time and date of this amendment posting to SAM.gov. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Description. FEMA�s Region 1 has a construction requirement to demolish and remove existing walls, install soundproof walls, install new carpet, install lights, perform required electrical work and install a new tinting glass wall at FEMA�s facility located at 63 Old Marlboro Road, Maynard, MA 01754. All work shall be completed, and the worksite returned to pre-construction condition within ninety (90) calendar days of the notice to proceed and in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 9-26-2025. The magnitude of this construction effort is less than $100,000.00. The contracting officer shall make a contract award (1) by written or electronic notice, (2) within the time for acceptance specified in the bid or an extension and (3) to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, and completed a site visit, that will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. Award shall not be made until all required approvals have been obtained and the award otherwise conforms with 14.103-2. Award will be made on an all or none basis. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency.
