The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 15 March 2022 and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. The solicitation and all amendments for this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on https://sam.gov/. A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. This requirement is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside and the associated NAICS is 2383220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with small business size standard of 16.5 Million. Non-ISBEE or Indian Small Business Firm offerors will not be considered for the award unless more than two fair and reasonable ISBEE offers are not received. In the case that more than two ISBEE offers are not received, then Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) receive next priority.
