The electrical work encompasses the temporary removal, storage, and reinstallation of electrical equipment, devices, wiring, conduit, and junction boxes, as well as the installation of new electrical components needed to support the operation of the new rotating drum. The project is situated in Delaware County, NY, with a response deadline of November 22, 2024. It is not set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. The scope emphasizes coordination of mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure the seamless replacement of the rotating drum, including the handling of existing equipment and the installation of new electrical systems to support the operation. The contract value is estimated to range between $500,000 and $1,500,000, and the project aims to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the rotating drum and associated systems upon completion.
