Royalston Solar Landfill RFP

The Town of Royalston, Massachusetts, is seeking proposals from qualified renewable energy developers to design, permit, finance, construct, operate, maintain, and decommission a solar generating facility at the Royalston Landfill located at 6 Town Dump Road. Minimum qualifications require at least one primary staff member to be a registered Massachusetts Professional Engineer (Civil) for at least 10 years, and key personnel must have at least seven years of related experience. Developers must provide decommissioning financial security via an irrevocable letter of credit or surety bond and maintain comprehensive insurance, including at least 5 million dollars in commercial general liability coverage.
