Notice of Contract Award Contract No. FA4890-18-C-0002 Solicitation No. FA4890-17-R-0013 Headquarters, Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management & Integration Center (ACC AMIC) has awarded the above contract for the RQ-4 and U-2 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development requirement. Award was made to The Rockhill Group, Inc. (TRG), 1 Rockhill Drive, Molino, FL 32577 on 25 Oct 17 and the total overall evaluated price is $14,042,408. Eleven proposals were received in response to the solicitation. The contract was awarded as a Commercial, Firm Fixed Price contract with Cost Reimbursable Line Items, for services to be performed at Beale and Grand Forks AFBs. There is a 2 month phase-in period that will be funded with FY18 O&M funds. The base period of performance will be funded with FY18/19 O&M funds as they are made available. The four, one year option periods (as each option is exercised), will be funded with O&M funds as they are made available IAW FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. The contract was awarded based on the evaluation criteria as outlined in Section 7 of the solicitation.
