Solicitation RR-26-2066, issued by the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority on October 22, 2026, seeks a contractor for roadway and bridge rehabilitation and plaza improvements on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) between Mile Post 10.3 and Mile Post 25.3 in Winnebago and Boone Counties.
