RSA - BC Place First Aid Services

B.C. Pavilion Corporation (PavCo) is seeking qualified providers to deliver First Aid Services at BC Place Stadium for an initial term of three years, with the option to extend the contract through two additional two-year renewal periods. PavCo hosts a wide variety of events at the stadium, each varying in size, duration, and risk, requiring flexible and adaptable first aid coverage. To address this, PavCo plans to establish Standing Arrangements with both a Primary and Secondary contractor, each capable of servicing three event types under three distinct service levels, ensuring that first aid services can be efficiently requested as needed over the contract period. The contract operates on a call-off basis, where services are requested as required, and contractors may propose for one or more service levels by clearly defining the scope of their offerings. Proposals will be evaluated according to criteria set out in the contract documentation, with emphasis on the ability to meet varying event requirements while maintaining consistent service quality. The solicitation was posted in late December 2025, with responses due by late January 2026, and is managed under the authority of PavCo with procurement questions directed to the designated Contracting Authority. This arrangement supports PavCo’s commitment to safety and effective medical response at BC Place.
