RSO Provision of satellite imagery and related services

The Government of Yukon is seeking a single qualified supplier to establish a three-year Standing Offer Agreement for the provision of satellite imagery and related services. The scope of work includes the delivery of mono and stereo satellite imagery, elevation products, imagery post-processing, licensing, subscriptions, monitoring, and hosted imagery services, as well as technical advice. These services are intended for use by all permitted Government of Yukon departments and corporations across multiple Yukon First Nation Traditional Territories. Specific technical requirements, such as resolution, pixel size, and delivery methods, will be defined on an as-required basis through individual Call-Ups. The procurement follows a two-envelope process, separating technical submissions from price and Yukon First Nation participation plans. Award selection is based on a scoring system totaling 11,500 points, with a minimum technical threshold of 6,000 points required for a response to be considered acceptable. Pricing is evaluated based on maximum rates per square kilometer for imagery and post-processing, with additional points allocated for Yukon First Nation business participation. The contract is administered by Geomatics Yukon, and deliverables must be provided via secure methods suitable for large data volumes.
