Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Offers must be valid as proposed until 30 September 2014. 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) The solicitation number F3C3ML4181A001 is being issued as a request for quotation. 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75. 4) This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326199 with a size standard not to exceed 750 employees. 5) CLIN 0001 - Rubber Stair Treads - Raised circle texture with black abrasive strips. Size 54" x 12". QTY: 400 Each CLIN 0002 - Risers - 54"x6". Brown in color. *Can be substituted with 1920 LF of 6" vinyl cove base coils - .125" in thickness. QTY: 400 Each/1920 LF CLIN 0003 - Rubber Stringers - 10" x 72" - Brown in color QTY: 150 LF. CLIN 0004 - Rubber Flooring Tiles - "High profile" circles. Brown in color QTY: 4500 SF. See attached Request for Quotation. 6) All requested items should be made of rubber materials unless substituting risers for vinyl cove base. NO adhesives are required. Quotes must include the brand name, part number, and description information for each item quoted. Items quoted must include a one-year warranty at minimum. 7) Place of delivery is 5 CES/CEOSS, Minot AFB, ND 58705 and is FOB destination. 8) The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. Award will be made on the basis of price alone. 9) The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: a) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items b) Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
