Synopsis:
This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or requests for quotations. This notice is to identify sources capable of providing the services outlined below. The Government will not pay for information submitted.

Description:
The U.S. Army Garrison Devens RFTA has a requirement for the removal and replacement of rubberized roof sealant on Building 3574. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to complete the project at the Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, Devens, MA.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Removal and disposal of existing, failed rubberized sealant from the under-eave roof perimeter of Building 3574.
- Preparation of the surface area for new sealant application.
- Installation of new rubberized roof sealant on an approximate external surface area of 270 to 300 square feet.
