This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA - Natural Resources Conservation Service is issuing solicitation number AG-6633-S-13-0005 request for quotation (RFQ) The NAICS is 443120 and small business size standard of $25.5M. This solicitation contains multiple contract line item numbers (CLIN) and is for 28 each.
