Rural Health Transformation Program - Telehealth

Vermont has been awarded a $195 million Rural Health Transformation grant for the first year of a five-year initiative aimed at strengthening rural health networks, advancing technology integration, enhancing workforce capabilities, and ensuring timely, affordable care for residents. This subrecipient grant opportunity focuses on enabling medical practices and provider consortiums to acquire and use telehealth technology that supports secure, high-quality virtual care.
