The purpose of this program is to develop and disseminate training and technical assistance to address opioid and stimulant misuse affecting rural communities. There are ten (10) Regional Centers and one (1) national coordinating office, which work together to provide high-quality training and technical assistance on prevention, including overdose prevention, treatment, and recovery support service activities for substance use disorders, including polysubstance use.
