General Notice Rye Township (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Heisley Road Culvert Replacement Bids for the construction of the Project will be submitted electronically through PennBid until Friday, September 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM, local time. The Project includes the following Work: The Contractor shall supply and install all materials to remove 2 existing 36” storm pipes and replace with a 10’ x 4’ x 30’ precast concrete box culvert and related work. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: JHA Companies, 3705 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, (717) 303-4837. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 2 PM at the Rye Township Building located at 1775 New Valley Road, Marysville, PA 17053. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. This project is to be financed by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development. Rye Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or items therein, to waive any defects or irregularities in the Bids, and to accept any Bid which, in its judgment, is for its best interest.
