Rynglok Tool Kit

The 12th Maintenance Squadron’s Fabrication Flight at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph is seeking to procure a single new Rynglok Tool Kit, identified by Part Number RTSK8-02-001 and NSN 5180-01-378-8873, exclusively for the installation and maintenance of Rynglok hydraulic tubing couplings on the T-7 RedHawk aircraft. This tool kit must be sourced directly from Eaton, the original equipment manufacturer, as no substitutions from other brands are permitted under any circumstance. The toolkit must include all necessary tools to service the full range of tubing sizes from #3 (3/16 inch) to #24 (1 1/2 inch), ensuring full operational capability for critical aircraft maintenance tasks. Solicited as a competitive small business set-aside under NAICS code 332912 with a total small business set-aside designation, the acquisition follows a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) structure and will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, where technical compliance is a pass/fail threshold and price is the sole differentiator among qualified offers. Delivery is required before September 1, 2026, at JBSA Randolph, Texas, under FOB Destination terms, with acceptance governed by a Certificate of Conformance and strict no-substitution, no-reconditioned-parts policies.
