The National Cemetery Administration, Central Contracting Division, intends to issue a solicitation under Solicitation No. VA786-12-R-0029 for herbicide application services for the treatment of crabgrass and broadleaf control at two (2) National Cemeteries. The contract will have a period of performance for a base and four options, if exercised. The requirement consists of the contractor providing herbicide applications to all of the grassy areas of Keokuk National Cemetery and Quincy National Cemetery. The total acreage of Keokuk National Cemetery is 21.08 and Quincy National Cemetery is .45. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision needed to complete the required services. The solicitation will be issued as 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561730 and the size standard is $7 million.
