Full Description

The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-2 Urgent and Compelling need. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to Rockville Fuel & Feed Company, Incorporated, Rockville, MD 20850-1256. The requirement is for Graveliner Services for Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). This action will result in a three month period of performance extension to a Firm-Fixed Price contract, commencing on 1 October 2010. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561730 with a size standard of $7 million. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals.
