Full Description

The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for providing unarmed = uniformed Security Guard Services at Lower Colorado Dams Facilities = Office, Davis Dam Field Division, Davis Dam, Mohave County, Arizona and = for Parker Dam Field Division, Parker Dam, San Bernardino County, = California, and Lapaz County, Arizona. The contractor shall provide and = maintain all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, = supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment = screening, reports, and files necessary to accomplish security guard = services in accordance with the Statement of Work for Parker Dam and = Davis Dam. The proposed contract will be for a period of one year from = the date of contract award and will include Government options for four = additional one-year performance periods. The total duration of the = contract will not exceed five years. This solicitation is a total Small = Business Set-Aside. For this acquisition the North American Industry = Classification System code is 561612 and the size standard is $9M. This = acquisition will be pursued in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Test = Program for Certain Commercial Items and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of = Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from = this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the = solicitation and who will be the "Best Value" to the Government, price = and technical factors considered.
