SA&A Microsoft Copilot

The Government of Canada, through the Office of the Auditor General, is soliciting proposals for Security Assessment and Authorization services for Microsoft 365 Copilot and associated services as outlined in Annex A – Statement of Work. This procurement aims to ensure that the implementation and use of Microsoft 365 Copilot meet the required security standards for federal government operations, with a focus on risk mitigation, compliance, and system integrity. Offerors must demonstrate expertise in conducting comprehensive security evaluations aligned with Canadian government directives and be prepared to deliver authoritative authorization outcomes that support the OAG’s operational and security objectives. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline of August 25, 2026, at 19:00 Eastern Time, following the issuance of solicitation number 20260699 on August 10, 2026. The contract is open to all qualified offerors with no specific set-aside classification, and performance is expected to be carried out across Canada.
