Scope: The City of Santa Fe Springs (“AGENCY”) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms (“CONSULTANT”) to provide Professional Engineering Design and Environmental Services for the Norwalk Boulevard/Los Nietos Road Grade Separation Project (“Project”). The goal for this phase of the Project is to evaluate grade separation alternatives, environmentally clear a preferred alternative and prepare the associated preliminary engineering plans.
Consultant will provide professional engineering and environmental services in support of and in close coordination with the Public Works/Engineering Division staff. The selected CONSULTANT will provide the professional engineering services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Scope of Services set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
The Project is partially funded through the United States Federal Railroad Administration (“FRA”) Railroad Crossing Elimination (RCE) Grant Program.
