The Government requires turn-key, self-contained portable shower services to support military exercise operations at the Cowtown site in Saipan from June 7th through July 12th. The contractor shall provide a minimum of 10 shower stalls for males and 3 separate stalls for females. As the site lacks existing infrastructure, the provided units must be entirely self-sufficient; the contractor is responsible for providing all necessary power generation, fuel, and a daily supply of at least 1,000 gallons of non-potable water. Furthermore, the contractor must ensure the 100% containment and lawful off-site disposal of all grey water. This includes performing daily cleaning and maintenance to guarantee that grey water tanks never exceed 75% capacity at any given time.
