The District of Saanich - Fire Department is disposing of a 2009 Spartan Gladiator Ladder Fire Truck. The District has maintained full-service records and certification documents for the 2009 Spartan Gladiator Fire Truck. Copies may be provided to the successful bidder and are available to be reviewed at a viewing. The District offers no guarantees or warranty. The sale is considered final and ‘as is, where is’. Offers for the item will be evaluated on intended use and price, so as to be the best value to the District. The Respondent to the EOI selected for purchase is responsible for moving and transporting the item. Delivery is not included or available. The District expects the moving of the item to be completed within ten (10) working days from the date of award. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to acquire all necessary permits to operate the emergency lights and siren or remove them from the item. The highest or any response will not necessarily be accepted. The District reserves the right not to award, or proceed with the sale, if the responses do not provide the best value to the District.
