Saloon Energy Storage Use Permit (PD-25-6)

The Saloon Battery Energy Storage Project (PD-25-6) is a development initiative approved by the Colusa County Board of Supervisors on November 18, 2025. The project has complied with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), with a Negative Declaration prepared and mitigation measures integrated as conditions of approval. Administrative oversight is managed by the County of Colusa, with Principal Planner Ciara Fisher serving as the primary point of contact. A corrected Notice of Determination was filed on January 7, 2026, following the payment of required fees to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
