Emailed tenders are invited for the following: a. Pit Run Gravell (est. 500 cubic yards) $______________ per cubic yard + HST b. Rip Rap or Surge (est. 26 cubic yards) $______________ per cubic yard + HST c. 1” - 2” Clear Stone (est. 100 cubic yards) $______________ per cubic yard + HST d. Screened Sand (est. 100 cubic yards) $______________ per cubic yard + HST e. Quarry mfg. Type 1 Gravel ¾” or 1” minus (est. 800 cubic yards) $_______ per cubic yard + HST f. Quarry mfg. Type 2 Gravel 2” or 3” minus (est 400 cubic yards) $_______ per cubic yard+ HST Tender prices for the various aggregate specified is to include delivery within the Town of Middleton boundaries. Material is to be delivered within one (1) week of request. You can Tender each individual item. You do not need to provide a price for everything. 4. Tender Award: The Town reserves the right to reject any and all tenders, not necessarily accepting the lowest tender, or to accept any tender which it may consider to be in its best interest. The Town also reserves the right to split and award the tender between multiple bidders. The Town may waive formality, informality or technicality in any tender proposal. A margin of 5% shall be allowed in favor of in Town and suppliers within the immediate area of the Town, to a maximum of $250.
