The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to install the exterior motorized vehicle gate on the south side of building on the road leading to the back east side of property that houses maintenance shops, fire offices and fire apparatus.  The gate shall match the existing sections of fence on either side of the vehicle gate in appearance. The gate shall be powerful enough to withstand multiple opening and shutting actions throughout the day and shall be connected to the card reader equipment that is already existing on the Northwest side of gate.
