This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies, Inc. pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NY National Guard requires training vouchers for future online GIAC Training and certification and the Escal Institute is the only provider for this training that meets the compliance requirements identified in DoD 8570.1M (IA Workforce Improvement Program). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to contact@example.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
