The "Mel McCandless" signage is to be carefully salvaged and offered to the owner for preservation. The project requires strict adherence to the demolition plan outlined in drawing A 1.2, along with protection of existing infrastructure such as paving, swine wash racks, hose bibs, and water lines. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) must be developed, installed, and maintained as required by local jurisdiction, included in the base bid cost. Waste diversion goals mandate recycling or salvaging at least 75% of all construction debris, with a target of 80%, and documentation must be submitted to the Environmental Spec Coordinator at least seven working days before final inspection.
