- The Contractor shall furnish, install, integrate, test, and commission all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, programming, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete, fully operational, and code-compliant HVAC, electrical, controls, and power stabilization system at Santa Rosa Dam.
Work includes, but is not limited to:One (1) three-zone ductless mini-split heat pump systemOne (1) single-zone ductless mini-split heat pump system (communications room)One (1) three-phase Voltage Stabilization System (SVS)HVAC control system upgrades, including programmable thermostats and VFD evaluation/modificationElectrical distribution upgrades, surge protection coordination, and system integrationTemporary power and cooling and heating provisionsAll incidental work required for complete and reliable system operationThe Contractor shall deliver a fully integrated system capable of maintaining reliable HVAC performance and stable electrical service under end-of-line utility conditions.
