SAP S/4HANA Process Intelligence and Business Process Management Platform

The Florida Department of Revenue has issued a Request for Information, RFI 25/26-118, to gather market intelligence on an enterprise-level SAP S/4HANA Process Intelligence and Business Process Management platform to support its transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and establish ongoing process governance capabilities. It must also offer tools for monitoring regulatory gaps, automating internal controls, and providing configurable compliance reporting. Responses must be structured using three required attachments: the System Requirements and General Questions Matrix for the technical submission, the Cost Methodology Information form for pricing methodology (though actual cost or pricing data must not be provided), and an additional information section for industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
