Full Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to award a purchase order to DirecTV, 2230 E. Imperial Hwy, El Segundo, CA 90245-3531, for satellite TV service to dormitories, common areas, and select office at the Charleston, SC facility. This action is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). Requirement includes 283 drops providing: Basic Package, Local channels, Univision/Galavision, In-Room Choice, and Azteca. Also includes channels for FLETC programming. Currently, DirecTV equipment is installed at the Facility for the purpose of providing Satellite TV Service. Interested vendors may provide information regarding similar services; however, providing the information is voluntary and vendor's will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with any/all response(s) to this notice. The Government will award the order on 9/22/2010. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC), also referred to as a Sole Source Justification has been approved by the Agency.
