The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the City of Lawrenceville Pink Parking Lot Project. Sealed bids will be received by the Lawrenceville Finance Department, 70 S. Clayton Street, Main Level, Room M46A, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046 until 2:00 P.M. local time on 7/30/2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after 2:00 P.M. will not be accepted. Bid envelope should be marked on the outside with Bid Number, name of Bidder, date and time of opening.
The work to be performed by the Contractor consists of but is not limited to the following:
The project is located to the west of Culver Street in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The project address is 232 W Pike Street and 245 W Crogan Street Lawrenceville, GA 30046. The work includes the demolition, removal, hauling, and disposal of existing building (asbestos removal), utility services, landscaping, pavement, concrete, a portion of the existing retaining wall, and other features; as well as, improvements to provide additional downtown parking; including the installation of proposed curb and gutter and concrete sidewalks, base and asphalt pavement, new modular retaining wall, storm drain piping, storm structures, stormwater underground detention, site grading, erosion control, striping, pavement markings, signage, ADA pedestrian ramps, landscaping, and installation of site lighting.
