The contract involves the improvement of two intersections in Lawrenceville, Georgia, specifically at Pike Street and Clayton Street, and Crogan Street and Perry Street. The project entails raising each intersection by approximately six inches so they align flush with the adjacent sidewalks, covering disturbed areas of about 0.20 acres per intersection. Temporary fencing must be installed in all construction zones, and pedestrian pathways must be rerouted using proper MUTCD signage. The work must begin at the Clayton and Pike intersection and, after substantial completion, proceed to the Crogan and Perry intersection, with two separate mobilizations accounted for in the contract. A staging area for construction equipment is designated near 294 W Pike Street, close to a bridge. The solicitation is managed by the City of Lawrenceville and requires bids to be submitted by January 20, 2026, with communication directed to the primary point of contact, Chris Duncan.
