This is a Sources Sought notice only.  This is not a request for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this notice. 


The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest in and the capabilities and resources to support the onload, assembly, certification, modification, disassembly and offload of scaffolding materials onboard U.S. Navy ships and vessels in the Jacksonville, Florida area under a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract.


Interested vendors are requested to submit a capabilities statement with the following information electronically, limited to 5 pages, by the response date:


 - Company name, physical address, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code 


 - Company contact name, email address, and telephone number 


 - Business size under NAICS 238990, including applicable socioeconomic categories


 - Narrative of technical ability, including ability to perform and manage work under a single IDIQ contract


 - Past performance demonstrating scaffolding work experience.  Provide contract numbers, contract type, contract amount period of performance, description of work, and customer point of contact.   


Responses to this notice are not proposals and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract.  The Government will not pay for any effort expended or any materials provided in response to this announcement. Responses are strictly voluntary.
