Scaffolding Services As-Needed For Boiler Maintenance Outages Scheduled and Unscheduled -Prevailing Wages – Unit Price

The City of Spokane is soliciting bids for ITB 6495-26 to provide as-needed scaffolding services for scheduled and unscheduled boiler maintenance outages at the Waste to Energy Facility in Spokane, Washington. This is a one-year unit price contract with a not-to-exceed amount of 870,000 USD, which may be extended for up to three additional one-year periods for a total maximum duration of four years. The scope includes mobilization, demobilization, and scaffolding for both planned outages and emergency situations, the latter of which requires the contractor to be onsite within six hours of notification.
