Brookhaven National Laboratory, through Brookhaven Science Associates, is soliciting quotations for a Firm Fixed Price contract involving the supply of specific Scandinova modulator items with no substitutions allowed. The requested items include 1.7kV SU MAIN units in six-packs, CCPS MAIN, BU assembly 4-channel units, and DC bus cables, with clear quantities specified. Vendors are required to submit all-inclusive pricing that covers freight, tariffs, packing, and handling, ensuring no separate charges appear on the purchase order. For foreign goods where all-inclusive pricing is unavailable, BNL will be designated as Importer of Record with shipments under DAP terms using a specified freight forwarder. Quotations must include the current date, origin of manufacture, Unique Employee Identifier (UEI), ECCN and HTS codes where applicable, along with a published price list or comparable pricing documentation. Vendors also are required to be registered with the U.S. Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) to comply with DOE reporting requirements. Offers will be evaluated based on responsiveness, responsibility, meeting technical specifications, and lowest total price. Pricing must remain valid for 60 days, and submissions received after the deadline may only be considered at BSA’s discretion. The resulting purchase order will be subject to BNL’s standard terms, conditions, and quality assurance clauses as detailed in the attached draft PO.
