School of Infantry (SOI) - East is requesting 173 portable toilets and eight (8) handwashing stations for a period of 12 months. 


For more informaiton, please see the attached Performance Work Statement. 


The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes:


(1) Price;


(2) Technical;


(3) Past Performance.
