This pre-solicitation notice follows a Small Business Sources Sought Notice that was released on April 21, 2026 under notice number NIH-OALM-NIEHS-2026-SIM.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) is seeking sources that possess the capabilities to provide scientific and technical expertise for scientific evidence evaluation and knowledge integration for translational toxicology for the Division of Translational Toxicology (DTT) within the NIEHS as it relates to the evaluation and reporting of effects of environmental substances and other issues that may impact public health.
