Please see the attached Specifications and Construction Drawings for further detail. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials (with the exception of Government Furnished Material, GFM), and equipment required to perform the work described within the Statement of Work/Specifications/Drawings in accordance with requirements described herein as well as any attachments. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price type construction contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Site visit instructions can be found in (Section L, 3.2.2.3-63 Site Visit (Construction). ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROJECT/SPECIFICATIONS/PLANS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING TO contact@example.gov and contact@example.gov NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. CST ON JANUARY 30, 2019 TO ALLOW FOR RESPONSES TO BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO DUE DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS.
