Sealed Bid - Prj 449 Rehabilitation of N. Gage Rd CR 65 T/Newport Herkimer Co NY

Herkimer County is soliciting sealed bids for the rehabilitation of 2.3 miles of North Gage Road (CR 65) in the Town of Newport, New York. The project scope begins at the Oneida County line and extends east to Old State Road, involving the reprofiling of oil and stone pavement, widening and overlay with gravel subbase, culvert replacements, and the application of binder and top course asphalt. Additional work includes reshaping and stone-lining ditches, as well as replacing driveway culverts and reestablishing driveways to the new road surface. The project must comply with Chapter 605 of the New York State Laws of 1959 and Section 103-A of the General Municipal Law.
