Advertisement for Sealed Bids for Cash Sale of Immovable Land Property    The St. Mary Parish School Board will receive sealed bids for the cash sale of immovable property. Sealed bids will be accepted for the purchase of the following described land:
Property Description:Vacant Land Tract: 1.087-acre property located at 497 Highway 317, Centerville, La.70522
Sealed bids will be accepted at the St. Mary Parish School Board Central Office Complex in Centerville, La. until 10:00 A.M. on September 22, 2026, at which time bids will be opened and read out loud.
No pre-bid conference will be held. A bid packet may be obtained from the St. Mary Parish School Board, Purchasing, 474 Hwy 317, Centerville, Louisiana 70522; by emailing Mrs. Jackee’ Jackson at jjackson@stmaryk12.net; or online at www.centralauctionhouse.com.
The St. Mary Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the School Board.
The Central Office Complex will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026 in observation of the Labor Day Holiday.
