The City of New Haven as owner/Developer of 342 Grand Avenue (2-Family), 346 Grand Avenue (2-Family) and 350 Grand Avenue (2-Family) rehabilitate the structures into three (3) homeowner occupant structures. The City of New Haven has determined that this corner is a feasible option for affordable/workforce (Affordable/Workforce is 60%-100% AMI) homeownership opportunity with rental. This would anchor this corner and provide much needed homeownership on one of the City's main streets known as Grand Avenue. The City of New Haven has control over all three (3) of these structures due to the collaboration between Fair Haven Health Clinic and the City of New Haven. Construction is expected to be completed by February 2027.
