The project involves the construction of 0.063 miles of bridge replacement on County Road 316 in Carroll County. The scope of work includes mobilization, clearing and grubbing, removal of the existing bridge and drain inlet, pipe removal, and the installation of prestressed concrete piling, bridge concrete, reinforcement, and precast concrete slab units and barrier rails.
